Shipping policy
Kravi entrusts the delivery of its orders to an external transport service, which sends the product(s) ordered on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
The estimated delivery time for orders varies between 1 and 2 working days for addresses in Portugal. For other countries, the average delivery time is between 2 and 3 working days. Delivery times may be delayed during periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.
The cost of sending the order is the responsibility of the customer, and each order is automatically calculated during the check-out process, based on the quantity, size and weight of the items ordered.
Kravi is not responsible for any costs associated with possible customs clearance, which will be borne by the customer.
Kravi will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from knowledge of the unavailability.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
