Refund policy

As provided by law, Kravi allows the exchange and return of items, provided that they have not been used by the customer and maintain the same conditions of presentation as when they were sent.

Requests for exchanges or returns must be expressed unequivocally via the customer service contact within 14 days of receiving the order.

Exchanges will only be accepted for items of equal or greater value to the item being exchanged. The shipping costs of the exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a return due to a defect or other non-conformity with the products ordered, Kravi assumes responsibility for collecting the item from an address specified by the customer.

The value of the return will be refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 working days. The customer must indicate to Kravi in a clear and unambiguous manner the bank details to be considered for this operation.

Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by Kravi upon analysis of the condition of the item(s). After receiving the item(s) at our premises, we will carefully analyze it and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
a) The product(s) shows no marks of use or handling;
b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete and have been sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.

Any request for an exchange or return must indicate the order number and proof of defect, if any.
